Community Care Assistant

Active Homecare is expanding and looking for a caring, committed person to join our ever-growing team. We visit our clients within their own homes so it is essential that you can drive and have access to your own car.

Active Homecare is a small domiciliary homecare provider, we consist of a small team that treats each other like family. We find it very important that our team enjoy coming to work and the management team work closely with all the staff to ensure they feel welcome and supported at work. We want you to join our amazing team and become part of our family.

 

 

AVAILABLE ROLE:

1 x Part-time role available (a variety of mornings and evenings are available and every other weekend) around 18-22 hours per week.

We will support you with all your training needs and out on the field seeing the clients, we offer great training programmes in the future including diploma and specialised courses. We're a small company with a very supportive team that provide very personalised care to all our clients.

If you have had experience in working in the care sector, that's great but we also like to speak to people who just feel that caring is in their nature and feel they would make a great Community Care Assistant. We expect all our staff to be empathic, flexible, caring and have a positive attitude towards their work, staff and clients.

​

We cover the Dunstable area and surrounding villages, you will be expected to travel between the clients so a driving license is essential.

​

Part-time hours: 18-22 per week

​

We wear full Personal Protective Clothing and this is provided to you. We complete weekly Covid tests and follow all government guidelines.
